Privacy Policy

unCraps is a craps practice app made by Ground Glass Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app and this website handle, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

• unCraps has no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email address or phone number to play.
• No real money is involved. Your bankroll, bets and settings are stored on your device.
• The free version shows ads. Our advertising partner collects some device and usage information to show and measure those ads.
• Apple handles the $6.99 ad-removal purchase. We never see your payment details.
• We don't sell your personal information.

Information stored on your device

Your game data stays on your iPhone: bankroll, bets, saved games, session results and preferences such as sound, haptics and display style. We don't collect it on our servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Advertising

The free version of unCraps shows ads served by [AD NETWORK]. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, our advertising partner may collect:

• Device information, such as model, operating system version, language and screen size
• Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
• App and ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and whether they were tapped
• Your device's advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking when iOS asks

iOS asks your permission before any app can use your advertising identifier for tracking. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you still see ads, but they won't be personalized using that identifier. In-app purchase

The one-time $6.99 purchase that removes ads is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app whether the purchase is active so it can turn ads off. We don't receive your name, Apple Account details or payment information.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with crash reports and basic usage statistics. This information does not identify you, and we use it only to fix problems and improve the app.

Contacting us

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

This website

uncraps.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Children

unCraps simulates casino gambling and is rated 17+ on the App Store. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have the right to know what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Because we don't hold your game data on our servers, most requests are best handled on your device or through our advertising partner. Contact us and we will help with any request we can act on.

Changes to this policy

If we change how unCraps handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
